Growth doesn’t just come from ambition. It comes from the people you bring in to make it happen.
That’s why Ponderosa, part of Audience Collective, has appointed Stuart Pond as Managing Director, strengthening its leadership team at a pivotal moment for both the agency and the wider Group.

With more than 20 years’ experience across London and Sydney, Stuart has built a career working with some of the industry’s most recognised brands. From his time as Managing Partner at Indica Worldwide to senior roles at Publicis, where he led accounts including Renault, Heineken, Nestlé and UBS, he brings a breadth of experience that spans sectors, channels and audiences.
It’s that range that matters. Because building brands today is no longer about isolated campaigns. It’s about connecting creativity, media, insight and digital thinking in a way that drives real commercial impact.
As Audience Collective continues to evolve, that integrated approach has become central to how we work. Recent years have seen the Group expand its capabilities through the acquisition of specialist agencies, bringing together expertise across the full marketing mix.
The result is ALTthink. A four-stage strategic framework designed to help ambitious brands outthink the competition, not outspend it. By aligning media, creative, research and digital under a single approach, it enables more effective, more distinctive work.
And distinction has never mattered more.
As AI accelerates efficiency across the industry, the real challenge for brands is no longer just doing more. It’s standing out. In categories increasingly shaped by sameness, where campaigns blur into one another, the risk of becoming wallpaper is real.
Stuart’s appointment is a direct response to that challenge. His experience in building brands that cut through, combined with a clear focus on commercial outcomes, will play a key role in Ponderosa’s next phase of growth.
That growth is already underway. With recent client wins including Burgess Yachts, Snap Finance and Leasing.com, and a clear trajectory towards £40m in revenue by 2029, the direction is set.
As Stuart puts it:
“I’m excited to be joining at a time of strong momentum. There’s a real opportunity to build on that success, working with the team to deliver creative work that doesn’t just stand out, but drives meaningful results for clients.”
Because ultimately, growth isn’t just about scale. It’s about impact. And with the right leadership in place, Ponderosa is well-positioned to deliver both.
