Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this prize draw is Audience Collective, Studio 1, Cross York St, Leeds LS2 7BL (“the Promoter”).

 

  1. Eligibility
  • The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

 

  1. How to Enter
  • To enter, participants must complete and submit an online entry form, answering three questions.
  • There are no right or wrong answers; all completed submissions will be entered into the prize draw.
  • No purchase is necessary.
  • Entries that are incomplete or submitted after 11:59pm on 16th January 2026 will not be accepted.
  1. Opening and Closing Dates
  • The prize draw closes at 11:59pm on 16th January 2026.
  • The winner will be selected at random on 19th January 2026 from all valid entries.
  1. The Prize
  • One winner will receive a Fortnum & Mason Hamper.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
  1. Winner Selection and Notification
  • The winner will be selected at random using a fair and unbiased process.
  • The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form by 20th January 2026.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  1. Prize Fulfilment
  • The prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays, loss, or damage once the prize has been dispatched.

 

  1. Data Protection & Marketing
  • Personal data provided will be processed by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the prize draw, including contacting the winner.
  • The lawful basis for processing this data is performance of a contract (administration of the competition).
  • Marketing communications are optional and not a condition of entry.
  • Where entrants choose to opt in to receive marketing communications, the lawful basis for processing is consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties other than those necessary to fulfil the prize.

 

  1. General
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • This prize draw is governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
