Solution
We stepped in with the goal of increasing website revenue from Bateel’s digital media campaigns. We were given the creative content Bateel wanted to use in their adverts and set off to optimize their digital advertising. Having historically relied on calendar events to drive traffic and revenue, we moved Bateel towards an ‘Always On’ approach building an integrated user journey across Facebook and Google. This looked to identify users in different lifecycle stages, using clever targeting techniques on Facebook and Google to identify users either at customer acquisition or customer retention.
